The problem

Month-end for most consultants looks the same. Hours in one place, rates in a spreadsheet, invoices built by hand, and a few billable hours that never make it onto an invoice. It takes a day you can't bill for. And each client gets something a little different.

What it does

  • Rate cards. Set a rate per client, per person or per type of work. Change it once and it applies going forward.
  • Time import. Bring your hours in by CSV. No retyping.
  • Monthly close. Close each client's month, check what's billable, and lock it.
  • Invoice packs. One pack per client: the invoice plus the time behind it.
  • Xero. Invoices sync to Xero. Sage is coming soon.

How it starts

  1. Sign up and start your 21-day free trial.
  2. Add one client and their rate card. We can do it with you on a call or on WhatsApp.
  3. Import a month of hours from a CSV.
  4. Send your first clean invoice pack. That's the goal of week one.
